Aadhyatmik Vikas Kendra Celebrates “Navratri Mahotsav” 2025

Date: September 22, Monday to September 30 Tuesday
Time: 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM every night.
Venue: Shiv Shakti Pith Temple, 264-12 Hillside Avenue, Glenoaks, New York 11004.
Kendra’s Navratri program will be at Temple’s basement. Entrance is located at back of the Temple.
Dear Devotees:
With the grace and blessing of goddess Mataji (Sakti) and your utmost cooperation, Spiritual Development Center celebrating “NAVRATRI MAHOTSAV” every year. During this Navratri Mahotsav we sing Mataji’s Prayer, play Ras-Garba, offer Prasad and Aarti to Devine goddesses. This year Navratri Mahotsav information is stated below:
1. Parking: Up to 7 pm. Hillside Avenue has Muni meter in effect. After 7 pm. parking is free on Hillside Avenue. You can also drop devotees near temple and park car wherever you find legal parking.
2. Lahni/Gift: If you wish to distribute any “Lahni”, please contact Shri Paragbhai Patel or any executive committee member. Kendra doesnot distribute any “Lahni”.
3. Prasad: During Navratri, if you wish to offer any Prasad to Mataji, you can do so. Please don’t bring any liquid Prasad.
4. Aarti: Kendra will do Aarti every day. So please don’t bring your own Aarti from home.
5. Admission Fees: There is no entrance fee for admission. If you wish to donate to Mataji, please write a tax-deductible donation check payable to: Spiritual Development Center Inc. or you can also donate cash.
6. Please keep civic sense in mind near the Temple’s neighborhood. Please don’t honk your horn or talk loudly. Also don’t discard any garbage in the Temple’s neighborhood.
7. Please follow the instructions of the person who is at the Temple’s gate.
8. Please discipline your children, so that they don’t run around or shout or throw garbage or dandiya in temple hall. It will be the guardian’s responsibility to control their accompanied children.
